RETURN TERMS

At artisanhidecollective.com, we're committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund according to the following policy.

1. Return Requirements

Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Returnable Circumstances

Items are visibly used or damaged.

Missing original tags, accessories, or packaging.

Requests made after the return period.

3. Return Procedure

with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if any defects or damage are present).

Customer Service will confirm return eligibility and provide you with a return address and instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.

Safely package the item and return it to the designated address.

4. Refund Instructions

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

The refund will be refunded to the original payment method you used.

If the return is not eligible, we will notify you and decide at our discretion whether to return the item (shipping costs are borne by the buyer).

5. Exchange Service

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need to change the size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If the item you received is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund or reissue for you as soon as possible.
